From the year 1993, the Rajapalayam International Radio Communicators Club – RIRCOM’s Training & Publishing Wing give guidance and training to write the Amateur Station Operators Certificate (ASOC) Exam for School & College Students, Voluntary Organisations such as Red Cross, Scouts & Guides, Government Officials and other interested Publics and Volunteers.
